Karina is a clinical psychologist, couples and sex therapist, lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, and certified supervisor at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sexualforschung. She is also the author of several books, including Samtalen om sex (Talking About Sex, 2018), Einführung in die systemische Sexualtherapie (Introduction to Systemic Sex Therapy, 2020), and Kompetente par. En vejledning i par- og sexterapi (Competent Couples: A Guide to Couples and Sex Therapy, 2023).
With more than two decades of clinical experience in psychology, relationships, sexuality, and diversity, she combines academic expertise with a direct, no-nonsense approach to teaching and therapy that inspires, challenges, and creates meaningful change.
